Yoga Classes for Tuesday/Thursday:

In this flow class we will cover some breath work and take time to settle into poses, digging deep for strong alignment & focus. This class is great for beginners who want time to feel their bodies in a pose and get some great physical stretching, and for advanced practitioners who want the challenge of holding and improving the postures or try more advanced modifications. Both the Tuesday and Thursday classes are focused on stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness balanced with strengthening poses and breath to movement work. All levels are welcome and flexibility is not necessary!

Time: 11:30 - 12:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Location: GRBC Fitness Center Classroom

Yoga Class for Fridays:

Yin yoga is a style of yoga focused on stretching where poses are held for longer periods of time. It's great for beginners and advanced practitioners alike!

Time: 11:30 - 12:30 on Fridays

Location: GRBC Wellbeing Hub classroom (if you need a mat or blocks please grab them from the fitness center classroom before class)

Cost for all classes:

$7/class for 2+ days a week

$8/class  for 1 day a week

$9/class punch card (10 sessions), good for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday classes with a 6 month expiration

$10/class drop ins
